All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying AI models — are the exclusive property of Entity and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
